R² Studios, in collaboration with Ettie Tom, recently completed a full renovation of a two-bedroom apartment in Kirribilli, Australia, with breathtaking waterfront views of the Sydney Opera House. Named Kirribilli 2, this project showcases fresh and contemporary finishes, clever use of small spaces, and purpose-built joinery that cater to the needs of the owner and his furry friend.
The design team’s primary objective was to create an open space that would be perfect for entertaining guests while maximizing the natural light and stunning views. To achieve this, they implemented a new layout that allowed for clever use of small spaces and purpose-built joinery, creating ample storage without sacrificing style.
